Rehearsals are held at First Presbyterian Church, Racine on Tuesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from late August through early May.
Auditions include warm-ups and vocalizing to determine voice range and timbre, a sight-reading exercise and/or literature reading, and one brief solo to be prepared in advance. Please provide a copy of your solo for the accompanist.
The Choral Arts Society does not charge membership dues. Singers support the chorus through volunteering, ticket sales, and/or donations.
We purchase our own sheet music and concert attire, but need-based financial assistance is available.
