A Message to Choral Arts Society Friends
We hope that this finds you well. You are important to us.
While we are not able to sing in person due to Covid-19, the Choral Arts Society is busy planning and adapting. We are exploring new ways to further our mission, “The Choral Arts Society of Southeastern Wisconsin celebrates the human spirit through choral music. In an atmosphere of fellowship and collaboration, the CAS fosters creative talents of musicians and composers. The CAS partners with others who share our passion for artistic excellence.”
The CAS Board and staff will continue to monitor public health recommendations. We long to sing together and to sing for you again. We will be back when it is reasonably safe, and when we have the necessary resources. While we wait, we are dedicated to maintaining our relationship with you and the arts community in our region. We remain dedicated to bringing inspiration through music. We will keep you informed as we navigate this unique situation. We seek to provide high quality digital content as we are able, and will ready ourselves for safe re-opening.
Many of you are in the habit of saving our concert dates on your calendars. Many of us plan life events around rehearsals and performances. Our “new normal” requires us all to be more nimble and adaptable. We are hopeful that this will inspire us to innovate and to find creative solutions. And while the pandemic has had a large impact in a short time, it will not last forever.
Please feel free to contact us with your questions and ideas. We are working from home, but monitoring e-mails and collecting U.S. mail. One thing will never change – our love for you, our friends.
