Benjamin Horvat graduated with a voice pedagogy degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI with additional masters level music studies at North Park University, University of Mainz in Germany and Roosevelt University in Chicago.  He has been a Music Director at churches for 20 years, a section leader for the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus, and Messiah Tenor Soloist for the Milwaukee Symphony.  He upcoming performances include singing Benjamin Britain’s “Abraham and Isaac” duet with the Bell Ensemble concert series, performing as a soloist in “Trial by Jury”, and the upcoming Carmina Burana Tenor Soloist.   He enjoys serving as technical vocal coach for the Choral Arts Society, aiming to help raise the level of singing of individual members who haven’t had the benefit of formal vocal training.
